Drop-In: is a one-time unscheduled day added to your child’s scheduled days. For example, if your child regularly attends school Monday-Wednesday but this Friday you would like them to attend, that is a drop-in. A drop-in day should be paid for upon request.
A drop-in day cannot be used in exchange for one of your child’s scheduled days; it is an addition to what your child is already scheduled for.
If your child’s scheduled days fall on a holiday or a day your child cannot attend, we can no longer exchange that day for another.
Schedule changes: Apart from a drop-in, we require at least two weeks’ notice of any changes being made to your child’s regular schedule. A schedule exchange form will be emailed to you upon request.
Vacation: One week’s vacation is given per year, after six months of enrollment in the program. For example, if your child is scheduled for three days weekly, after six months you have the option of breaking for three days without paying tuition for those three days. Vacation can be taken from January 1st through December 31st but cannot be carried over to the next year.
